Rewards & Recognition

1. The most important values in Pinewood Derby competition are parent/child participation, good sportsmanship and learning how to follow rules. Everyone is  responsible for recognizing and encouraging these qualities in addition to traditional racing awards.

2. Every participating Scout will receive a Pinewood Derby patch or certificate.  

3. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in the Pack.

4. Additional awards may be made for various "appearance" categories. 

5. The Pack will be sending three contestants from each Den to the Powahay District championship Pinewood Derby on April 22nd.
